Three Key Strategies That Can Help Your Website Convert More Visitors

  1. Your User: Know and Understand Your Target Audience.
User understanding is a must in the marketing industry. For instance, if you are selling kids stuff and your ads are running on sites visited by many singles, then surely you won’t find a high percentage of conversion. Understanding your target audience can be done by conducting market research surveys and interviews, reading publications and websites, and having informal conversations with your customers. After identifying your target market/user, spend time focusing on the things that your customer needs and how your product can provide a better solution to the problem they are dealing with. Here, you will define the user’s age, profession, occupation, emotional needs, and frustrations. Next, is to understand what motivates your potent customers to interact with your website. This will result in a marketing campaign (that HI can also assist you with) that is tailored directly to your potential customer’s most urgent needs.

  2. Plan (Design) a User-friendly Website.
When a visitor arrives in your page, you only have a short time to make an impression (sale). A website that is built with user-friendly features makes it easy for the audience to identify and navigate. Some of the fundamentals of an effective website includes logical menu, clear calls to action, clean design and simple functionality such as carts and social media integration. I will help you ensure that everything you offer is easy for the customers (i.e. deliver the customer their goal as quickly as possible).

  3. Clarification: Be clear, concise and direct.
The most effective advertisement includes a clear and direct message to its potential customers. The more specific you are, the more you appear significant to them. If you are selling a product, you should provide them with: how much it weighs, how much does the shipping cost, where you can probably ship the items, its delivery schedules, your refund policy, and the mode of payments you offer. If you are selling services, you can give them an idea on how long it will take, its processes, and what they need to do. This may seem very obvious, but it may not be to them. The more it looks convenient to them, the more they will engage (buy).

Also, always remember that converting visitors into customers is a process and not a one-time approach.

Let's get straight to the point. I can explain this in much more detail:
